Online Banking

To enroll in Online Banking:

  • Visit our home page where you will the Online Banking "Login" area.
  • Enter your primary member number (account number) as the Username.
  • Enter your password (primary member's birth year and the first 2 characters of their last name in all CAPS) click "Login".
  • Follow the instructions on your screen to change your username, password, and set up your security questions.
  • When the Online Banking screen appears, you are in!

It’s Me 247 is the online system that allows you access to all of your Valley Oak accounts anytime, anywhere!

You can:

  • Obtain current balances on all accounts including savings, checking, loans and more.
  • Transfer money from or to any account you have at the Credit Union. Or transfer to someone else’s account here at the CU as long as you have their name and account number.
  • Make loan payments and payments to our Visa Credit Card if you have one.
  • Have a withdrawal check mailed to your address.
  • View all account history information for the past three years.
  • View and print copies of cleared checks written on your account.
  • View transactions by type or by date.
  • Open an additional account or Share Certificate
  • Through It’s ME 247, we have Mobile Web and Text Banking available too

If you would like to have even more convenience at your fingertips, sign up for Valley Oak's free It's Me 247 Bill Pay. Pay all your bills from one location; all you need is an internet connection! You can set up all your payments through the Bill Pay system, whether it is an occasional bill or a reoccurring bill you may have every month.

How to Enroll

To enroll, simply log in to It’s Me 247 as usual and click the Pay Bills link from the main menu. Step-by-step point and click instructions will guide you through enrollment and setup. After allowing for processing (approximately 24-48 hours), you’ll be ready to go. Just come back to It’s Me 247 and click the Pay Bills link again!

* Some services in online bill pay, such as Expedited Payment and Popmoney, have a fee associated with each transaction. Effective June 30, 2014 all Bill Pay users must pay at least one bill monthly to avoid a monthly inactivity fee of $5.95. If one bill is not paid per month, you will see the fee on your monthly statement.

How it works:

Sending Money

  • Send money using an email address or mobile number
  • Select from a number of e-greeting templates for payment notifications sent via email
  • Set up future-dated, one-time payments and recurring payments
  • Add multiple email addresses and mobile numbers for any contact
  • Add multiple email addresses and mobile numbers for receiving money
  • Import contacts from popular email services (such as Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail)
  • Respond to all Popmoney activity, including depositing payments and paying requests, via a central “To Do List” or dashboard

Receiving Money

  • You will receive an email or text message telling you someone sent you money.
  • Log in to your financial institution's online banking site and direct the funds to your bank account.
  • Money sent to a specified bank account will be automatically deposited there

How will the recipient know I sent money using Popmoney?

The recipient will receive a payment notification either by email or a text message depending on how you chose to send the money.

Email address: The recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to direct the payment into their checking or savings account.

Mobile number: The recipient will receive a text message with instructions on how to direct the payment into their checking or savings account. If the recipient doesn't act in 3 days, they will receive a text message* reminder to act on the payment notification.

*Message and Data charges from your telecommunications provider may apply.

Bank account information (routing and account number): The money will be deposited into the recipient's bank account. You may choose to notify the recipient by sending an email message.

When will the funds be available in the recipient's account?

Funds may be available in the recipient's checking or savings account as early as one business day from the date they accept the funds. The recipient will receive a confirmation email with the date the funds will be in their account.

What type of accounts can I use to send the payment to?

Payment can be directed to a checking, savings, or money market account held at a U.S. financial institution.

Do payments expire?

Yes. The recipient has 10 days from the date of the payment notification to provide checking or savings account information. After 10 days, if the funds have not been accepted, the payment expires and the funds are returned to the sender.
