Attention Members: Beware of Spoofing Calls

We have received reports of scammers spoofing Valley Oak's phone number to make fraudulent calls appear legitimate.

These callers may claim your debit card has been compromised and ask for sensitive information, such as your debit card number, online banking credentials, security codes, or one-time passcodes.

Remember:

  • Valley Oak will never call and ask for your full debit card number, online banking credentials, or security codes.
  • Caller ID can be spoofed and should not be trusted as proof that a call is legitimate.
  • If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from Valley Oak Credit Union, hang up immediately and contact us directly using a trusted phone number.

If you believe you've been targeted or have shared personal information, please contact us immediatley.
