Becoming a part of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee means that you are invested in the well-being of the Credit Union, and will help make decisions about how the Credit Union operates.
We currently have three (3) Board positions and one (1) Supervisory Committee position up for election.

Board & Committee Education: All Directors and Committee Members must have a basic understanding of finance and accounting as well as the ability to read and understand the Credit Union's balance sheet and income statements. The Credit Union offers a variety of ways for Directors and Committee Members to gain a basic understanding of finance and accounting including the credit union’s Financial Statements, from online training, to one-on-one sessions with members of the Credit Union's Executive Team.

Valley Oak Directors and Committee Members shall be elected in to three classes with staggered terms of no more than three years. It shall be announced at each Annual Meeting the number of Director and Committee Member positions up for election/re-election at that meeting.
