What can I do with Online Banking and the Valley Oak Mobile App?

 

To enroll in Online Banking:

  • Visit our home page where you will the Online Banking "Login" area.
  • Enter your primary member number (account number) as the Username.
  • Enter your password (primary member's birth year and the first 2 characters of their last name in all CAPS) click "Login".
  • Follow the instructions on your screen to change your username, password, and set up your security questions.
  • When the Online Banking screen appears, you are in!

Bill Pay:

  • To enroll, simply log in to It’s Me 247 as usual and click the Pay Bills link from the main menu. Step-by-step point and click instructions will guide you through enrollment and setup. After allowing for processing (approximately 24-48 hours), you’ll be ready to go. Just come back to It’s Me 247 and click the Pay Bills link again! Click here for more details.

Mobile Banking:

  • How to enroll in Mobile Banking for Android Users: If you already enrolled in Online Banking, please use the same username and password. If you have not enrolled in Online Banking, please follow these steps.
    • Enter your primary member number (account number) as the Username.
    • Enter your password (primary member's birth year and the first 2 characters of their last name in all CAPS).
    • Follow the instructions on your screen to change your username, password, and set up your security questions.

  • Text Banking: You can enroll in Text Banking by hovering over the ‘Go Mobile’ button on the It’s Me 247 toolbar. Then click Text Banking to access the enrollment screens.  After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247). Click here for more details.

eStatements:

  • Login to It's Me 247 Online Banking from the home page
  • Click "Info Center" at the top left of the screen.
  • Choose "eStatement Options" under "Preferences" and follow the instructions on screen.

CU*Talk: (Audio Response line)

  • Using your touch-tone phone call: 833-740-8947.
  • First Time Users - Your PIN number will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. For security purposes, after you enter the system, you will be prompted to change your PIN.

Valley Oak's Phones:

When you call a branch starting today, Tuesday, March 6 you will hear a new voice as we will be working with a trusted partner to help answer our phones during our transition.

Quicken and QuickBooks users:

Please use these directions to ensure all of your account information is downloaded correctly from our current Home Banking system. These directions will also guide you through uploading your information into the new system available March 6.
