We're Updating Our Systems to Better Serve You

As we approach our 75th year of serving our community, we wanted to make sure we are ready to meet your needs well into the future and this is why we are changing our systems. While the current system we’ve been utilizing has performed well for us, the time has come to move to another provider. Here’s what you need to know and prepare for:

The following service channels will be unavailable starting at
6:00 pm Friday, March 2 – Monday, March 5:

  • Online Banking (including bill pay)
  • Mobile Banking
  • Shared Branching
  • Automated Telephone Banking
  • Three Rivers, Tulare, and Visalia Branches (including walk-in and answering calls)
    • We are still determining when night drop and mail transactions will be posted

While we are unavailable you can access your accounts through the ATM network and by using your
Debit Card. All business will resume as normal on Tuesday, March 6.

What you need to do:

  • Online Banking users:
    • Print your statements or save them to your home computer because you will not be able to access your prior statements from the new Online Banking system.
    • Print your 2017 tax information.
  • Bill Pay users:
    • Bills to be paid by March 2 must be scheduled in the system by February 25. The current system will NOT be available as of February 26 and bills scheduled to be paid on March 3 or later will be canceled.
    • Also, make sure to print the information from each of your Bill Pay merchants to ensure you have the full account number, address, and phone number, as no information will be carried over to the new system.

Speaking of our new system, it is called It's Me 247! Starting Tuesday March 6, you will be able to enroll into our new Online Banking & Bill Pay system. It has so many benefits, yet so easy to set up!

  • Check your balances.
  • View statements online.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • Apply for a loan.
  • Make loan payments from funds in your accounts.
  • Review loan payoff amounts and due dates.
  • View the date and amount of your transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
  • Verify that certain checks have cleared.
  • Open additional savings accounts.
  • Change your password and security questions.
  • Notify Valley Oak of your new address and phone number.
  • View annual dividend and interest information.

  • Easy to set up – follow simple point and click instructions.
  • Authorize checks to be sent to anyone, from babysitters to utilities.
  • Keeps a payment history register.
  • You can set up recurring payments, like mortgage and car payments or insurance premiums.
  • Schedule payments at your convenience. Electronic payments are received in 1-2 business days.
  • Add billers quickly with just an account number, phone number and zip code.
  • No additional sign-on or passwords to remember – just click the ‘Pay and Transfer’ icon from It’s Me 247.
  • Monitors the status of your payments.
  • Schedule reminders and recurring payments.
