Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) - Now Available from Valley Oak

We're lending small businesses a helping hand. If your business is faced with financial difficulties due to COVID-19, Valley Oak may be able to help with the SBA's Payment Protection Program Loan. These loans have become available as part of the CARES Act. These loans may be forgiven by the Small Business Administration*. Who can apply

The following entities affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be eligible:

  • Any small business concern that meets SBA’s size standards (either the industry based sized standard or the alternative size standard)
  • Any business, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, 501(c)(19) veterans organization, or Tribal business concern (sec. 31(b)(2)(C) of the Small Business Act) with the greater of:
    • 500 employees, or
    • That meets the SBA industry size standard if more than 500
  • Any business with a NAICS Code that begins with 72 (Accommodations and Food Services) that has more than one physical location and employs less than 500 per location
  • Sole proprietors, independent contractors, and self-employed persons

How to apply

As an approved PPP Lender please follow the below steps:

  1. Fill out the application provided by the SBA:  SBA PPP Application
  2. Instructions provided by the SBA:  SBA PPP Instructions
  3. Submit your paperwork by emailing it directly to

Please know that additional documentation and processing may be needed before business owners can finalize loans and receive funds. We will be moving as quickly as possible to understand the process and initiate these important loan requests.
